Do Not Vote For Either! 
But Never Leave A Ballot Blank! 
If you do not like either of the candidates in a race, do not vote for either.  If you leave the ballot empty, that could lead to someone behind the scenes voting for you.
Voting for both candidates on a ballot is an over vote.  Neither candidate gets credited with a vote and no one can vote for you because you did not leave it blank.
Never leave a vote blank.  When in doubt, Vote For Both!
